Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
If you find yourself repeating patterns that you just can't seem to break, feel stuck, or unable to find meaning in your life, I'd like to help. The therapeutic relationship can be a powerful source of healing, change and liberation in your life. I offer compassion and authenticity and believe that healing, and change are possible for all people. I am committed to discovering what is best for you and offer guidance through the darkest moments. Together we can unravel what keeps you in grief, depression, fear or anxiety. I am dedicated to helping you access those parts of your self that long for development. I work with individuals, couples and families. I am able to provide you with a monthly bill to provide to your insurance company, or we may be able to negotiate an acceptable out-of-pocket rate. If you think I might be helpful for you, please call or email to set up a free half hour consultation.
