Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
We all need support, especially during those significant times in our lives of struggle, pain and emotional growth. And the beauty of the counseling process is that you have your own sacred place to gain support, perspective, care, even healing. Whether you are struggling in a relationship that leaves you hurting and confused, or dealing with particular stressors in your life that keep you overwhelmed, feeling stuck and plagued with worry and self-doubt, or are a parent navigating through the unchartered waters of parenthood with your child... it helps to know that you don’t have to do it alone. I can help. Together we will get to the root of the struggle and help you discover new possibilities and strengths in yourself or in your relationships that will enable you to move forward towards positive change and growth. Whether you are in need of individual support or help with your loved ones... there is hope!

Featured Therapist

Barbara Witney, MA
Donna Yorke, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
