Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
If you are stressed out, sad or anxious about your relationships or your life and don't know where to turn.

If you feel like you have tried everything and nothing has worked?

I'm here to help!

Everyone deserves to feel good about themselves! I have helped many people who were feeling hopeless, depressed or anxious to not only feel better, but find contentment in the big and little moments in life!

I help young men and women who are struggling with unhealthy relationships with family members, peers, and love that result in unhealthy thoughts, behaviors, and disorders.

I have worked with many young men and women who have struggled in the process of becoming young adults reduce or eliminate anxiety provoking, obsessive or depressive thoughts to have good boundaries and build self-confidence as they form their adult identity.

I have also worked closely with families to live without the cycle of guilt and anger and give parents tools that work.

My exclusive relationship with clients helps to encourage inner strengths and abilities by recognizing what is behind the symptoms and understanding present situations as they relate to and trigger past issues.

This gives an insightful perspective on why you think and feel they way you do and helps accomplish grieving of prior losses.
