I provide counseling and psychotherapy to women in a warm, authentic and compassionate environment. I work collaboratively with my clients in order to meet their specific needs, current challenges, and personal goals. Utilizing an integrative therapeutic approach, I assist my clients in identifying and applying their strengths and the resources that will help them achieve personal empowerment and positive change.
