Personal Statement:
Susan Regan, MFT serves couples and individuals seeking a balance between individual fulfillment and connection intimate relationships. Her array of specialties include co-parent counseling with families, working with parents who are in the process of divorce, helping parents develop parenting partnerships, and teaching basic parenting concepts (such as respect for different parenting styles, consistency, routine, and discipline). Susan educates parents about these issues throughout the Bay Area within therapy and in workshops.

Susan Regan, MFT, is certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and uses this system to help people heal from trauma. Susan is also the founder and director of Bay Area Children First, an organization providing therapeutic services to children and families.
