Personal Statement:
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in providing culturally competent trauma informed therapy services to children and families. I have over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents and families in community mental health and private practice. I have special interests and experience working with military families, adoptive/foster families, individuals and couples dealing with fertility issues, breast cancer patients and survivors, life transitions, interpersonal relationships and trauma/PTSD. I work from a family systems approach to help families restore balance and utilize mindfulness and client centered techniques to empower my clients to reach their full potential.
