Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
It's an honor for me to journey with those who chose to seek my companionship. Relationships are the most important things in our life and when our relationships get tangled and knotted, we need to find ways to smooth troubled waters. Professional assistance can help get one through those times. My goal is to educate so that you can learn ways to take charge of the thoughts, feelings and actions which may have created an unhealthy pattern of relating to others. My sessions often include laughter, tears, joy and seriousness . . . and always they are thought provoking and challenging. I create a non-threatening environment in which the client and the therapist work side by side to develop a trusting relationship. I strive to create peace, grace and serenity in the counseling environment.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
