Personal Statement:
Susan Pease Gadoua is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the Founder and Director of the Transition Institute of Marin (T.I.M.) and Changing Marriage.

Based in San Rafael, California, T.I.M. and Changing Marriage provide support and education to women and men experiencing challenges in their relationship or marriage. Susan works with couples, individuals and groups. Groups include: a Relationship Insight group, divorce support groups (men’s and women’s groups only) and relationship workshops.

Susan is the author of the San Francisco Chronicle bestselling book Contemplating Divorce: A Step by Step Guide to Deciding Whether to Stay or Go (New Harbinger Publications, Inc. 2008) and her second book, Stronger Day by Day: Reflections for Healing and Rebuilding After Divorce (New Harbinger Publications, Inc. 2010). Susan's third book, entitled, The New I Do: Reshaping Marriage for Cynics, Commitaphobes and Connubial DIYers, is co-authored by journalist Vicki Larson (Seal Books, 2014).
