Personal Statement:
My goal is to provide you with the support and tools you need to heal, grow, and move on. My clients come from all walks of life and are concerned with a wide variety of issues. I am down-to-earth, warm and genuine. My style is informal, low on pretense and psychobabble, but high on compassion, honesty and understanding. I provide a safe, supportive, and thought-provoking environment.

My focus is on problem-solving, growth, and developing insight. I customize my approach to what works with each particular client. I have experience with many different methods and am always learning new approaches. We work on resolving the roots of your problem, so that it will not reoccur in your life.
