I am a licensed psychotherapist and my professional background integrates over 8 years of trauma therapy, individual, group, family, and child therapy. I am a trained Somatic Psychotherapist, certified Hypnotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor. My offices are located in the beautiful areas of Cow Hollow in San Francisco and in Marin County.

My vision is to help individuals to feel empowered; to connect with their own inner wisdom, intuition, strength, and innate resources; and to find the transformation they wish to experience. By gently exploring feelings, cultivating new awareness, and providing education and resources, I anticipate that my clients will find healing and that they will enhance their relationship with themselves, their partners, children, and other in their lives.

I offer a free ½ hour of consultation and for your convenience I also accept Credit Cards. Please, call 415.383.5725 for appointments.

Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
