Personal Statement:
Do you feel out of control? Empty inside? Are you ready to take back your life? And build healthier relationships? I work with individuals and couples to overcome problem gambling, other addictions and issues to lead freer, happier and more meaningful lives. I can help you find relief from your behaviors, thinking, and emotional wounds to create the life and relationships you want. I help couples come together to resolve their problems, improve their communication and better appreciate each other. I also work with the loved ones of individuals suffering from addictions to better understand the addiction and learn to strengthen and care for themselves. Through a safe, caring and direct approach, I will help you heal your mind, body, emotions, spirit and relationships. Together we will find the strategies, tools and solutions you need to transform and appreciate your life and relationships.
