I offer professional affordable counseling in a safe and nurturing environment. My experience includes working with adolescents, couples of all kinds, and in helping parents co-parent through divorce. My work with individuals includes helping clients reduce anxiety, depression, and anger so that they can live the lives they want for themselves. I work closely with my clients to help them achieve the goals that they set for themselves in counseling. My work with couples includes use of Emotionally Focused Therapy.
