Personal Statement:
In my experience, therapy works best when it is a collaborative process - an opportunity for client and therapist to work together as partners in a safe, supportive environment. Each client is on his or her own unique journey toward wellness and balance. It is my privilege to work with you toward your goals.

I offer individual, couple, and family therapy in San Diego. I have two Master of Arts degrees, the first in Business (Human Resources Management focus) and the second in Counseling Psychology. I have been a Career Counselor and then a therapist since 2001. I have published two books on repetitive strain injuries and acted as a consultant on employee health and wellness nationwide. I have served on the board of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists - San Diego Chapter.
