I provide counseling, coaching and psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults and couples. Depending on what you wish to work on, I provide services including: decreasing anxiety through relaxation techniques, grief-work, exposure response prevention for OCD, play-therapy, communication skill-building and increasing your self-esteem. I utilize cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic theories to help you to reach your highest potential.
