Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I am all about skill-building and showing you the tools to help live a full, authentic, and happy life. My work focuses on an exploration of how you manage your thoughts and how your behavior may be maintaining problematic cycles in your life. We'll fill out your toolbox and look at different ways of managing stress, anxiety, depression, and how to move through traumatic experiences to enjoy the present. I've been working with survivors of rape trauma and molestation since 2009 at the rape crisis center and community clinics. I continue to volunteer my time toward the prevention of violence through local non-profit efforts.
