Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Change is the constant in all our lives. With my background as a bereavement counselor, I have been the catalyst for many life transitions whether they be interpersonal or existential. With the use of empathy and a transpersonal outlook, clients are well served when they want to make changes in their lives. I work with people that are struggling after enduring a loss. I work with those recovering from addictons and other issues. I work with those that want to change their life's path into something more meaningful and significant. My fees are on a sliding scale based on ability to pay. Phone interviews to determine compatibility are free of charge. I look forward to hearing from you.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
