Personal Statement:
My approach is client centered and has enabled me to view the therapeutic relationship as a significant agent of change for those seeking to work on long standing life issues or every day difficulties. My counseling style combines varying interventions, depending on the unique needs of the individuals and couples. This combination produces an empathic relationship with my clients that motivates, encourages and inspires them to look inward at much needed changes as well as developing practical approaches to help create those changes. I strive to create an atmosphere of acceptance and a safe place that fosters exploration, change and growth. I look forward to working with you to help you on your life’s journey.
