Personal Statement:
I work with individuals, children, couples and families to create positive change. My approach is non-judgmental and strength based. My goals are to help you to improve your relationship with self and others, and gain insight into current behavior problems in an effort to promote positive change. I also work with people who want to change unhealthy eating behaviors to reduce anxiety, increase healthy coping and develop a healthy lifestyle.
