Professional Personal Statement During my 15 years of being a therapist, I have learned the importance of deep listening and the power of compassion. My goal is to create an emotionally safe and respectful relationship. This relationship gives us the container to hold any/all of the issues you are struggling with - anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, loss. Working through and healing these wounds does take time. The result is a fully integrated sense of self, which brings you more mastery of emotions and conflict, increased self confidence, and more compassion for self and others.

I am especially skilled in working with children of all ages and their families. I have experience with a wide range of issues and conflicts. I have extensive training, skills and experience working with young girls and women. I'm particularly aware of and sensitive to wounds of a spiritual and/or religious nature.

I believe we each have the capacity to live a more integrated and confident life, and I know how to help you get there.
