Nina “Anin” Utigaard, MFT, REAT, maintains a psychology practice in the heart of San Francisco on Market, near the famous Powell Street cable cars. She offers psychotherapy to individuals, integrating a variety of humanistic approaches, and has extensive training and experience using in the person-centered approach. She uses these skills to provide an open, safe and accepting atmosphere for clients to explore, express and bring about positive change in their lives. She has experience in working with individuals dealing with life challenges or transitions, depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem issues and creative blocks, as well as, trauma and abuse. Her specialties also include aging, expressive arts therapy, teens and children.
