Together we can identify and clear what's cluttering your space and remove the obstacles that are keeping you from being close. There's no reason to wait. My services are focused on the problem you have now and the solution for now and the future. My approach is to help you find the reason you are depressed, anxious, frustrated, irritated, angry, arguing and fighting. My approach is to teach you the skills to alleviate these unwanted feelings and move to calm, joy and satisfactory relationships. My approach empowers you to take control of your own thoughts and feelings in the face of the challenges of life. I can teach you to find a new way to be. Together we discover the challenges and the strengths of you and your relationship. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
