Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
"IT'S TIME TO LEARN HOW TO BE ATTRACTED TO WHAT'S HEALTHY." I emphasize support for males age 18-25 with histories of rage, substance abuse and social anxieties. I also specialize in helping highly accomplished professionals such as other clinicians, high profile artists, executives and their children. I have extensive experience working with thier uniquely personal and professional life challenges, and because of the circumstances surrounding living in the public eye, they have found it particularly challenging to find treaters who can effectively address those challenges. I work with each individual, couple and/or family member to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal and professional growth they wish to obtain. Clients pay for my time, not my feelings, so I make sure to provide practical, honest and empathic feedback which allows clients to experience what it's truly like for others to be in relationship with them. With consistant willingess, clients who work with me, WILL heal past traumas, unearth and establish self worth, and be able to tolerate the good inside them which will manifest into their expanded world of success. I WANT TO BE THE LAST THERAPIST YOU SEE.

Phillip Copitch, PhD

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Redding, CA 96001

Approximately half of Dr. Copitch's practice involves children and families. The other half is devoted to individual therapy. And, as Dr. Copitch often jokes, "the third half of my work is devoted to school consultations, business consultations, and corporate trainings."
