Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I am a licensed therapist with several years experience providing mental health services to families, adolescents, adults, and couples. I have worked within the school system in several California cities and have developed a strong understanding, rapport, and therapeutic relationship with adolescents and their families to provide the appropriate interventions to improve a variety of issues ranging from trauma, loss and grief, substance abuse, relationships, and domestic and community violence. I use the right therapy approach to help you help yourself by jointly discovering the root cause of your issue, concern, or problem in a comfortable, supportive, and safe environment. We will identify effective tools and coping skills to achieve your goals for personal growth to handle whatever comes your way. Your plan will lead you to a happier and successful life within a reasonable timeframe. Most issues can be successfully addressed within 3-6months, while others may take longer. Some individuals prefer to establish long term therapeutic relationships to work on secondary goals to further enhance their personal growth and I welcome that opportunity. Please feel free to contact me for a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if I may be the one to help you address your unique and individual need. Check my website at: http://www.familyrelational.com/TinaLehmanLMFT.en.html for more information and intake forms if you select me as your therapist.
