Personal Statement:
We often find ourselves in unsatisfying relationships unable to take control of our lives. Without the awareness of personal values, beliefs, and goals, we remain stuck. Understanding and living by healthy boundaries direct us in making educated and life affirming decisions. Sorting through the many aspects of our lives takes courage and the reward is the opportunity to change ourselves and our circumstances.

Therapy is a place to discover ones potential and find gratifying solutions. I would be happy to help you on your journey of self-discovery and renewal. I am highly skilled in assisting clients gain awareness and increase self-esteem.
