Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
We are all in relationships… with our partners, parents, siblings, friends, and co-workers. But yet we are seldom in the kind of relationship we want. Our confusion, frustration and pain come out of relationships, yet we can receive the support, comfort, love, and intimacy we want from these same relationships once we unlock the secret. We want to be seen, valued, understood, and inspired. We are meant to have what we want. And we have to make it happen. It takes effort, but it’s a lot easier than living in the kind of relationship we don’t want.

The journey in healing begins with understanding the root of our frustrations and dissolving the pain. I provide the guidance, skills and expertise that allows you to build the tools necessary for self-discovery, thereby, creating loving and fulfilling relationships you realize your own desires and potential.

Dealing with underlying issues of depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and addiction will often free the individual to create healthy relationships and choices in life.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
