Personal Statement:
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples, child and family therapy. I maintain a private practice in Agoura Hills, CA and also provide therapy for clients in surrounding areas such as Calabasas, Woodland Hills, Westlake Village and Thousand Oaks. I am a native Californian and have lived in the Conejo Valley for the past decade. My clinical experience includes working with adults, children and couples and adolescents in various treatment settings including county mental health, residential, school settings and in non-profit organizations serving abused and emotionally disturbed children and individuals affected by cancer. I am passionate about my work and seek to help each individual build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. I work with a broad spectrum of clients and specialize in depression, anxiety and chronic illness such as cancer. I integrate complementary approaches methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. Are you stressed out? Do you sometimes find yourself snapping at your children? Would you describe your relationship with your husband as “distant”? Or do you feel like you are going to lose it if someone doesn’t give you a break? Being a mother, wife, or daughter can stretch us to our limits. During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone. Let’s talk and see if I can help you make things “right side up” again.
