Personal Statement:
Emotional pain can be debilitating; but it doesn't have to be. I can help you understand and change thought processes that contribute to depression and anxiety. In our work together you will understand how you've come to choose behaviors that don't allow you to have healthy relationships or that keep you stuck, making the same mistakes. You will obtain tools that will enable you to process the hurt of the past so that you can lead a more peaceful and successful life today.

Marriages: Assess the strengths and weaknesses in your marriage in order to give you a base from which to start. You will be given tools to increase your strengths as a couple and tools to help you strengthen areas that cause disharmony. Depression and Anxiety Alleviation: Assess what is contributing to depression and/or anxiety. Develop new ways of thinking about life events and circumstances as well as learn how to set boundaries that help you choose behaviors that will decrease the impact of anxiety and depression. Other Relational Issues: Explore how you perceive yourself, others and the world so that you are better equipped to handle the relationships in your life that cause you distress. Or, give you the tools to set appropriate boundaries that will also alleviate distress int he relationship. Parenting: You will be given tools to help you navigate the various child/teen developmental stages all parents face. Creativity Blocks: Find out what hinders you from being the creative person you know you are meant to be. Empowerment: Assess how life has impacted your self-esteem, in both positive and negative ways. You will receive tools to empower yourself, find your voice and increase your sense of self-worth.
