Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Therapy is a collaborative process therefore the client and therapist relationship is foundational to supporting change. My approach is client-centered where treatment is tailored specifically to your needs and goals. Together we work to gain insight about the difficulties that bring you to therapy and set achievable goals. A bit about me. I am easy going and provide a safe comfortable atmosphere to talk and be yourself. I promise to be empathetic, insightful, supportive, and when appropriate humorous because I believe these are key foundational elements that encourage healing. Some of my experience and specialty training is in working with chemically dependent adults, older adults, couples on the brink of separation, addicted families, and acting out teens. You do not have to struggle alone. Together we’ll explore alternative ways of coping with addiction, difficult people, situations, and the many unique challenges of life so that you can get on with the business of living the life you want and deserve. Contact me at: 714-668-1962 for a free over the phone consultation. I currently have openings at my office in Tustin, California and offer availability on Saturdays.
