Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I enjoy working with many types of psychological issues. Including but not limited to: Depression, anxiety, communication problems, relationship conflicts, domestic violence and those suffering from traumatic experiences. I do in depth psychotherapy working long term to help my clients discover the barriers to having satisfying relationships. I believe that we are greatly impacted by our past relationships and understanding the ways in which we have been impacted can improve our current relationships. My principle strength is in working intensively and deeply. I am empathic while providing support to face the challenges to gain beneficial insight. I work collaboratively with clients to bring into awareness what has been underground and causing repetition of harmful patterns. An ultimate goal is to help the client have the freedom to create a life they design and choose.
