Personal Statement:
I am an experienced caring professional who will assist you in achieving a fully integrated life by focusing on your strengths and potential. Achieving a healthy and positive balance in our lives is the key to understanding our own mental, emotional, spiritual, physical health along with personal relationships. My goal is to provide a safe and supported environment while assisting you to experience, identify and understand the personal barriers which are getting in your way.
