My practice specializes in working with individuals, couples, families, adolescents and children aged 7-18. My areas of emphasis are Stress & coping; Trauma & Recovery; Mindfulness practices; ADHD, depression, anxiety, developmental-life transitions, trauma and recovery, AMACs and AcofA, and SED educational classifications.
