Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I work with women and men who are dealing with the stress of life, career and relationship issues. I provide safe and confidential environment for you to explore your life. We can work together so you can develop new insight about yourself and begin to have less stress and anxiety, a decrease in negative thoughts and self-sabotaging behaviors, and improved relationships.

I join with couples who are locked in destructive emotional cycles to become more aware and accepting. You can improve your communication and become emotionally attuned to your partner. I also provide play therapy and talk therapy for children and teens.

Therapy is a joint effort between the client and the therapist. If you are willing to participate for the purpose of making positive change, I will provide an opportunity for you to learn and practice new skills in how you relate to yourself and to the people are you.

I am in private practice, delivering telemedicine via Skype and FaceTime or by phone. My area of special emphasis is helping people improve their important relationships, and working with my clients to decrease and stop depression. If you are reading this, chances are one or more of your important relationshps are not working very well. Whether it's difficulty with a partner or spouse, teens or parents, friends or co-workers, a troubled relationship is painful.
