Personal Statement:
I specialize in issues of trauma recovery, personal growth, and couples therapy. Therapy is a unique opportunity to understand yourself more deeply and achieve any changes you want in your life. I will facilitate your exploration and offer my skill and insight in service of supporting you to engage life more fully. I specialize in helping my clients move through the effects of traumatic experiences , facilitating personal growth, and working with couples . I have a warm and non-judgmental style and provide a safe, compassionate and supportive environment. I draw on my personal experience and extensive training, and I use wide range of appropriate therapeutic methods to help you deepen your self-understanding. Through our work together, you will begin to experience new intimacy and harmony in your relationships, an enhanced sense of well being, increased feelings of confidence and empowerment, and an overall sense of satisfaction. Together we will come to to know what is standing in the way of you living a full, rich, and satisfying life. I am committed to guiding and supporting you through the process of accessing and living from your deepest truth. I invite the integration of Body, Mind, and Spirit in my practice and in everyday life. Using mindfulness and body awareness techniques, I will help to facilitate a more integrated approach to being in the World. I will help you to move through past experiences, and increase your ability to respond to current situations, instead of reacting or using unhealthy ways of coping. In working with couples I will facilitate the growth of intimacy . You will become more open, attuned, and responsive to each other, you will gain new insight into your relationship, and learn new ways of communicating and relating.
