Personal Statement:
With 25 years working in Law Enforcement as a Victim of Crime advocate (Sexual Assaults, Domestic Violence, Post Traumatic Stress Disorders), and 13 years working as a Christian Lay Counselor, Vicki utilizes her extensive knowledge in both the legal and clinical fields to help individuals, couples, and families in crisis. Vicki has worked in private practice, residential treatment centers (Foster Care and Alcohol/Drug treatment) and enjoys working with both individual and group environments. Vicki recently developed a non-profit (www.EncouragersUSA.com) where pre-licensed clinicians can receive their supervised clinical hours while providing low cost counseling to the Riverside, Inland Empire, and Temecula Valley communities.

We are a Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Counseling & Training Center. We offer affordable individual, couples, and family therapy conducted by closely supervised Interns and Trainees. We provide Equine Assisted Psychotherapy to address PTSD, and as a training center offer diversity in treatment. We offer counseling services to the deaf community as well.
