Personal Statement:
-Are you going through challenging situations in your life? -Have you recently given birth to a child and feel overwhelmed and guilty because you are experiencing sadness instead of expected happiness? -Are you stuck in parenting your child and you do not know if your child's behavior is a normal developmental stage or it is "a red flag" for a starting problem? -Are you exhausted by "parenteen" because your teenager is out of control? -Do you feel overwhelmed at home or your work place, puzzled by current problem and struggling with making a life choice (intimate relationship or medical issue)?

I provide Individual and Family Counseling to families with young children and adolescents. I also work with women who need an extra-help dealing with postpartum depression, mid-life transition, health issues and life-choices decisions making. I am bilingual, and I am able to provide services in Russian language as well.
