Personal Statement:
Vita Hall is a psychotherapist working in the greater Los Angeles area. She is registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences of California as a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. Vita studied psychotherapy at the prestigious Phillips Graduate University where she received a Master of Art in Psychology. Vita has worked with a variety of populations including children, adolescents, adults and families. Vita also has considerable knowledge and experience working with co-occurring clients struggling with addiction. In addition, Vita’s previous career working in arts and entertainment provided a wealth of insight and experience. She understands the unique struggles of creating art while working under tight deadlines and budgets. Vita utilizes her knowledge and experience as a psychotherapist to help clients work through life’s myriad of challenges. She is a strong proponent of modern therapeutic practices and the results they provide. Vita incorporates therapeutic modalities such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Person-Centered, Strength-Based, Objects Relations (Attachment Theory) and Family Systems Theories. Through these working modalities, Vita provides a collaborative and interactive approach to therapy.
