Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
“I would like to share a few highlights of my methods, experience, specialties, and philosophy. 1.) ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, TRAUMA, MOLESTATION, fear of: flying, public speaking, heights, performance and test anxiety: I currently use the therapies of: EMDR & TFT. Not only are they the most thorough and effective treatments, but rapidly end years of suffering. From 1980-1990 I studied with Rodger Callahan, PhD., the creator of TFT. In the early 1990"s I trained directly under Francis Shapiro, Ph.D., the creator of EMDR. 2.) MARRIAGE and FAMILY: I use my own methods from years of empiric studies, and writings. I have taught and lectured, both privately and at major universities, for over a decade. I am dedicated to respecting equally the desires of each client. Not only will we resolve the current "crisis", but teach the tools needed to sustain harmony in the family, and romantic love, intimacy and communication in couples. 3.) DRUGS and ALCOHOL: I have been chief therapist in a major hospital, CEO of my own highly successful treatment center, trained numerous therapists, and recently, "Primary Therapist" for a renowned "Malibu rehab". If you can do without the limo and catering, you can get the same service and save 100K,”

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
