Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
“Success is a journey and not a destination.” (unknown) I am committed to helping people achieve their personal and professional success. I believe that we achieve goals when we have defined what we want to accomplish in our lives and have a plan for the process. I work with individuals, couples, and groups to identify their values and life goals. Specifically, I have a passion around working with pre-marital couples to establish a foundation for their commitment. Over 50% of marriages end in divorce. A wedding is a one-day event and marriage is a lifetime commitment. When I work with couples, I help them look at values, personality types, and positive communication styles to meet the challenges in their lives. Professional success is about using your natural gifts in your work and developing emotional intelligence, or the ability to work effectively with people. I help people understand their career values, interests and skills to achieve the best job match. Coaching services help you to achieve career goals and maneuver the corporate maze. My interests are in working with a solution-focused style to help you identify the roadblocks that prevent your success and how to empower you to take charge and improve your life. Together we will work on making choices to overcome depression, anxiety, work problems, and communication barriers.

During times like these it can feel like the world has been turned “upside down”. There is HOPE! You don’t have to figure this out alone.
