Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Do you find yourself talking in your head to your partner? Do you feel that your relationship is “stuck”? As an individual are you struggling with work, relationships or aloneness?

I have been practicing psychotherapy for over two decades. I continue to enjoy helping clients find solutions to the difficulties they are experiencing in their lives and in their relationships. My work is based on listening and supporting you to come to a better understanding of how your problem is capturing you in your life and in your relationships. Together, we collaborate to research practical steps and possible options so that you can and move forward in your life.

I have worked with a wide array of clinical issues and I have advanced training in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. I started out specializing in families with adolescents and still enjoy working with teens and young adults. I have many years of working with family owned businesses and issues concerning family finances, cash flow plans, etc. I am a stepmother of adult children, and have worked with blended family issues for many years.
