Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you feeling stressed out, tired, sad, worried or just overwhelmed? Are you struggling to figure out how to get the life you really want? Maybe you are in the middle of a crisis and are wondering how to handle it. Do you wish you had an expert in the field who could help you with your life’s challenges? Someone who would stand behind you as you reach for a better life? Want to brainstorm, resolve difficult situations and develop confidence in yourself and hate to go it alone? It may be time to see a therapist and get the support you deserve. Welcome! Let me congratulate you on making the decision to look for a therapist. Sometimes admitting that you need help and contacting a therapist can be a difficult step. However, the fact that you are doing so says much about your courage and your determination to advocate for yourself in order to get more of what you want. Calling a therapist can be uncomfortable. You probably want someone to talk to who will understand and accept you no matter what you may wish to discuss. You want to find a professional with whom you will feel comfortable and who will be able to offer you a safe place to talk. If you would like to call for a free phone consultation and see if I might be the therapist for you, please call me or text me on my cell phone (510) 209-5880.
