Personal Statement:
Evening Hours. Insurance Accepted. Offices in Albany and Oregon House in the Yuba Foothills. My therapeutic style is interactive and client centered. I enjoy working collaboratively with individuals and couples to develop a course of therapy suited to each persons unique circumstances. I have experience working with grief and loss, self-esteem and assertiveness, anger, depression, issues related to Gender and Sexual Diversity (GSD), and all forms of child abuse. I have also worked with individuals affected by substance abuse and with issues of migration and cross cultural adaptation. I will be happy to speak with you further about my work, answer any questions you may have about therapy, or simply help you find the right therapist for you. I work with art and sand tray as well as some narrative therapy approaches.
