Personal Statement:
I believe that issues arise due to family and social influences. However, individuals are experts in their own lives and posses the strength to be resilient. Therefore, my goal in therapy is to help clients understand and access their strengths to overcome emotional and mental health barriers that may be hindering them from living a fulfilled life.<P>I have experience providing individual therapy, couples counseling, and family therapy on core issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, domestic violence and relationship conflict.
