I come from a place of compassion, acceptance and hope. I am constantly amazed by the human spirit and its ability to heal. I believe that in order to promote insight, the therapy process should be honest and open on both sides, so I share my thoughts, observations and knowledge with my clients.
I have lived and worked in Israel, Europe and the US with people from a variety of cultures, and I feel comfortable working with people with different backgrounds.
I see myself as an eclectic therapist, and I use different modalities to meet each client’s individual needs.
I am EMDR trained. I see awareness and integration of thoughts, feelings and somatic sensations as an important part of the healing process.
