Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
"My therapeutic approach is rooted in the notion that we as people are living out lives in our bodies which include our brain, nervous system, muscle, bone, skin and environment. For you as my client this means that I listen to you, I watch you move, sit, smile and emote. I pay great attention to what you are saying and how you are saying it with your entire body. I will help you develop a relationship to your self-awareness and the possibility of creating the life changes you seek."

Featured Therapist

Barbara Witney, MA
Donna Yorke, M.A.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Temecula, CA

I’ve been in private practice in Temecula since 1990. I work with individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, using a straight-forward approach to problem solving. While I listen with empathy, I am an “active” therapist, meaning I make suggestions, give direction and homework to partner with my clients so they can solve their problems in a timely, effective manner.
