Personal Statement:
I use solution-focused psychotherapy and cognitive behavior therapy to assist patients in overcoming obstacles to the life they want to live. I provide tools for living, and I work with adults, adolescents, and couples to help resolve issues related to depression, addictions, compulsions, grief, anger, abuse, phobias, gender, and workplace and interpersonal conflicts. My goal is to help people clarify and resolve issues that are obstacles to their living their best life.
