DaLene Forester, Ph.D, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Redding, California. DaLene works with families, adolescents, and individuals in all aspects of relationships. DaLene has worked in the field of eating disorders for over 20 years. She has been trained in hypnosis and is a Certified Therapist in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). DaLene is a member of the American Academy of Pain Management; the Academy of Eating Disorders; Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders; EMDR International; the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapy.
