Personal Statement:
Therapy can provide a place for you to grow, overcome the obstacles of life, and improve your relationships. It is my desire to provide a safe, respectful and nurturing environment for you to reach your goals. My specialties include treatment of individuals with anxiety and depression, unresolved trauma, difficult life transitions, relationship issues, and treatment of PTSD. I love working with couples! I am a Gottman Level I and II Trained Couple Therapist, EFT Level I Trained Couple Therapist and a Prepare-Enrich Facilitator. Couples can learn to improve their communication skills and reduce conflict, while achieving deeper intimacy and forming trusting relationships. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address their personal life challenges.
