Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
Are you and your partner experiencing a lack of closeness and connection in your relationship? Are you wondering, where did the love go? Is it difficult to express your feelings without getting angry or defensive towards each other? Are you feeling more like roommates than lovers? I specialize in working with couples in long term relationships who are stuck in negative patterns of communication. In a safe, supportive environment you and your partner will have the opportunity to reestablish closeness by learning how to talk about difficult issues, listen and respond in a way that doesn't seem possible now. My areas of specialty include working with Emotional and Sexual Intimacy, Affairs, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Parenting, Addiction and Life Transitions. I am committed to empowering my clients and providing them with the best possible tools to successfully navigate the challenges of long term, committed relationships. I can help you and your partner get back on track by establishing new ways of relating that will reinvigorate and deepen the intimacy in your relationship. All relationships need a "tune up" every now and then. Maybe now is the time for yours? Call for a free phone consultation.

At the core of many personal issues lie old messages of your sense of worth. Those messages conveyed to you while growing-up that minimized your self-esteem. The journey inward toward your past can often be frightening and disheartening. By slowly revisiting the wounded part of yourself, old repetitive behaviors can cease to exist. A new sense of kindness toward yourself will begin to emerge. Allow me to travel with you to discover what is buried deep inside of your soul, exploring what keeps you from becoming all that you want to be.
