Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I believe in an individualized approach to therapy. Each relationship I have with a client is a special one. I vary my approach depending on your needs and the issues that concern you. We may explore your past, or we may exploore what you may think or believe about yourself or others which results in unhappiness or negative relationships. Therapist and client are partners in your journey of self-discovery. Although it is extremely impportant that your therapist listens to you and hears you, I also believe it is crucial to provide feedback. I work with individuals and couples. One area of emphasis is workplace issues. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in various corporations in Human Resources Management. Since I have a business background, I am especially able to assist either employees or companies when emotional issues create work related problems. Another specialization is helping people cope with the trauma of infertility.
