Personal Statement

Personal Statement:
I am an old school type of Psychotherapist, I like to hear what you have to say, and I like to hear your complete story. So if you have a long, or short, story to tell, and want to be heard from beginning to end, then I AM THE THERAPIST FOR YOU. I am thrilled to be a therapist and the chance to help is central to my spirit: Let me help you find your direction. When I say I am an old school therapist, my internal definition of that is: the quiet therapist, paying rapt attention to all that is happening in the therapy room, not just your words, your body language, your cadence of speech, your intonation are all important to me and help me gauge what needs to be said or not said. Waiting for the appropriate time to ask a question or to interject a comment, and do my utmost best to provide perspective to the confounding situations in your life. When you reach out for help and support, whatever your circumstance, I will do my utmost to provide you with perspective, insight, and my skills as an unbiased therapist. Let me help you as you move forward in your life. I look forward to working with you.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Carlsbad, CA

I provide a therapeutic environment that allows individuals and couples to explore ideas, beliefs, life experiences, thoughts and feelings that may stand in the way of being who you truly want to be. I can help point out repeating dysfunctional patterns that may exsist in relationships at home, at work and with friends and family.I teach people how to respond in their lives versus getting caught in reacting to personalities and events.
